Meet Some of our Team

Josh Cowley Support Representative

Josh has over 10 years of customer service experience with companies such as Circuit City, Xerox, and his own IT consulting business. He enjoys paintball and snowboarding when off the clock.

Matthew Graves Voice Provisioner

Matthew started with ShoreTel in August 2011. He is currently studying Computer Information Systems at Monroe Community College, and has 4 years of customer service experience. Matt enjoys working with computers in his free time.

Michael Curasi Support Trainer

Michael started his career as an Account Advocate with M5, now ShoreTel Sky in the summer of 2011. In his time as an Advocate Michael worked closely with many clients, eventually handling part of the Enterprise Account Team, where he established himself as a go-to resource for clients and coworkers, helping to right situations, assuage client concerns, build relationships and mentor Support in the ways of soft skills. Michael is very excited to be embarking on his new role as the Shoretel Sky Support Trainer, training Support reps, improving internal processes and coaching soft skills within Shoretel Sky. Michael graduated from SUNY Geneseo magna cum laude with degrees in Theatrical Performance and Sociology and still finds time to perform in Western NY in his two-man improvisational comedy troupe, Buddies In Space.

Judy Kelly Account Manager

Judy has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience, including operations management, project management, training and development, sales engineering and commercial sales experience.

Charles Harting Account Manager

Charles Harting has been with ShoreTel since January 2004. Charles was initially hired as a project manager and has successfully implemented ShoreTel’s service to several hundred customers. He’s spend his duration here primarily within ShoreTel’s Account Management and Project Management areas, and also implemented ShoreTel’s Net Promoter Score Program. Prior to joining ShoreTel Charles graduated from CUNY with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. His last role was as an Assistant Project Manager for New Plan Excel Realty Trust. He now leads one of our Enterprise account service teams and is responsible for the continued satisfaction of our largest customers. During his spare time he enjoys running New York City’s streets while training for half and full marathons.

Kelly Aitken Project Manager

Kelly demonstrates her dedication and determination for maneuvering even the most challenging client transitions proving true to her Texas roots. Kelly’s excellent customer service and communications skills come from a background as a manager for well-known Starbucks Corporation. Her drive to learn all aspects of the process and delivering the best experience granted her top spot in Enterprise Project Management. On her spare time she loves taking care of her two dogs Pete & Reeses.

NiroAlexander Tep New Hire Trainer

I am an agent of geekery who has a penchant for all things tech and pop culture. My family, tennis, dogs and music make me happiest. I'm proud to say that I may be the only (rogue) grammarian who thinks the Oxford comma is a-okay to use. I speak multiple languages, build Legos and still buy shoes from Kids Foot Locker.

Rachel Brefo-Burroughs Client Programmer

Rachel has a degree in Computer Information Systems and Computer programming. Rachel has worked with companies like Hewlett Packard doing technical support, Kodak as a Digital Camera Specialist, Xerox as a Software Tester and currently as a client programmer at ShoreTel.
