The new cloud division at ShoreTel Inc. is beginning to make headway in recruiting existing ShoreTel dealers to sell its cloud-based services. The gearmaker announced this week that Transcend United Technologies, ShoreTel’s largest reseller, has become a a ShoreTel Cloud Division channel partner and will be able to offer cloud-based voice, unified communications, mobility and contact center solutions, in addition to ShoreTel’s on-premises systems.
