We are looking forward to seeing many of our staffing clients at this year’s JobDiva user conference starting today in New York City.

One of our favorite customers runs summer camps in New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Enjoy the moment as some of the oldest campers (counselors in training) have fun recording their voicemail greeting on their M5 phone.

We are pleased to welcome Transcend United Technologies to our partner program. As a ShoreTel Cloud Division channel partner, Transcend United will now offer customers cloud-based voice, unified communications, mobility and contact center solutions, in addition to ShoreTel’s on-premise systems.

We are thrilled to have been included in this year’s Crain’s New York Fast 50. The Fast 50 was open to privately held companies in the New York City area. Firms had to have at least $20 million in revenues in 2011 to enter. Crain’s ranked them based on revenue growth, as a percentage, from 2008 to 2011.
