Days two and three focused on the technologies that make simplified telecommunications possible, according to Kerravala. The adoption of more complex hosted phone systems will move beyond voice into full support of UC and other communication options like video. Additionally, telecollaboration initiatives will begin to improve and grow, providing more versatility and access to the resources professionals need to work with peers, whether when working from home or a satellite office.
