Achievements included; a 57% growth in bookings over 2010 and the acquisition of 543 new client companies. Milestone product releases and executive team expansion contributed to the company’s success.

- They added 543 new clients, including; Nets Basketball, Federated Media, Human Rights First, Mashable and Nascar.
- Major product releases for 2011 included the M5 Callfinity Contact Center, an enterprise-class solution that is bundled with the M5 phone system. The company also added to its M5 Connect application integration offerings with solutions for Salesforce.com, NetSuite and SageCRM.
- Third party validation included positioning by Gartner, Inc. in the “Visionaries” quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service as well as a vendor profile by independent research firm SiriusDeicions.
- Keith Nealon joined the company in the new position of Chief Revenue Officer. He oversees M5’s direct and channel sales as well as the company’s marketing and customer success organizations. Joining Keith, Robert Maute became the company as the Vice President of Channels and Alliances with a focus on creating a world-class experience for channel and technology partners.
