New ShoreTel Sky Portal Feature – Call Flow Editor

We are very happy to introduce the new Call Flow Editor feature for the ShoreTel Sky Portal. This easy-to-use graphical interface enables our clients to review and edit call flow rules in real-time with or without assistance from the ShoreTel Sky support team. The feature will be available to all clients beginning on January 26, 2013 without additional charge.

The Call Flow Editor gives phone administrators a visual representation of the company call flow. It also gives administrators the ability to make call flow modifications on the fly without the need to be a telecom expert or understand advanced telecom terminology. Changes can easily be made to; auto attendants, ring groups, time of day routing, dial-by-name directories and profile settings.

Clients in our beta program have already enjoyed cost savings and improved customer service by using this feature.
