- Call recording: Record any inbound or outbound call to enhance training, ensure compliance and identify telephone best practices. Record calls with the touch of a button and play them back or search them from a simple web-based interface.
- On-demand conferencing: ShoreTel Sky Audio Conferencing gives users a permanent dial-in number and entry passcode you can use 24/7. Simply give each participant the call-in number and entry code to host a virtual meeting anytime and from anywhere.
- ShoreTel Sky Scribe – Voicemail to email transcription: The ShoreTel Sky Scribe service transcribes voicemail messages into text and then sends them, along with a WAV file, to the user’s email. No more dialing voicemail to see who called – it’s all there in the inbox.
- ShoreTel Sky Fax: For many organizations, the fax machine remains an integral part of the communications tool set. With ShoreTel Sky Fax, users receive incoming faxes in their e-mail inbox and send outbound faxes as email attachments. All without the cost and hassle of an dedicated fax machine.
