Also known as “reservationless” or “unattended conferencing,” this add-on service gives you a permanent dial-in number and entry passcode you can use 24/7, and it accommodates up to 25 participants. ShoreTel Sky conferencing is always available. There is no need to reserve a time slot for a specified number of users. Your permanent dial-in number and passcode provide you with a virtual meeting room whenever you need it. Simply notify each participant with the date, time, call-in number and entry code.

Ad-Hoc Conferencing: The Fastest Way to Conference
Sometimes a meeting needs to happen NOW. Ad-Hoc conferencing gives users the ultimate flexibility to conduct a conference instantly, “on-the-fly.” Instead of being arranged ahead of time, ad-hoc conferencing enables callers to be manually added to a conference call during an existing call. For example, when a user is connected to more than one caller on separate lines, he/she can join those separate calls into a single conference call. Users can then add additional members quickly as needed. The moderator has full control over the call with the ability to add, delete or mute participants. A total of six callers can be on an ad-hoc conference call at one time. Ad-hoc conferencing is included as part of your ShoreTel Sky service at no additional charge.
