Business VoIP Phone System

ShoreTel’s premise-based business VoIP phone system integrates end-users’ communications, enterprise applications, calendaring, and workflow into one seamless environment. The on-premise VoIP phone system behaves like a single, unified platform, and scales with plug-and-play ease across sites and locations. Your IT staff can easily deploy and manage it – from nearly anywhere – via a browser-based system management tool called ShoreTel Director.

The brilliant simplicity of a distributed single-image architecture enables ShoreTel Core Software to deliver voice calling, features, and applications. ShoreTel Voice Switches, which run the call processing software, offer N+1 redundancy. And although the switches work together, the system’s intelligence is distributed across the architecture, allowing each site to function independently in the event of a WAN failure.

Unified Communications

ShoreTel’s on-premise UC solution brings together VoIP telephony, instant messaging, conferencing, mobility, presence, and collaboration capabilities into a seamless business environment. Contact Center

ShoreTel Contact Center provides an integrated suite of customer service applications including advanced inbound call handling, multimedia, an outbound dialer, and scripting for IVR. The on-premise solution also provides a redundancy system that can pick up call routing whenever there is a network or server hardware issue.
