Here at ShoreTel’s Cloud division, we feel that learning and continuing education are the true keys to the success of an organization. We have a learning team focused on providing internal training to employees and facilitating access to outside certifications. Our goal is to cultivate an office environment in which learning can thrive.
This weekend, we brought in an outside instructor to provide training to our Project Managers and Account Managers. Project Management Professional (PMP) is a credential offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). One of the most respected certifications in the project management field, PMP certification takes project managers to the next level of excellence as a professional.
