Cloud-based

The ShoreTel Sky cloud-based business phone system is both hosted and managed. This means that you do not need to house the phone system in a closet onsite. Instead, the system is located in our secure data centers, and we take responsibility for owning, configuring and managing it. ShoreTel Sky customers connect to the system through private connections for the best call quality and reliability. The benefits of a cloud-based phone system are plentiful, and we encourage every business to consider the cloud, even if they don’t select ShoreTel Sky.

We replace both the phone system and the telco provider, giving our clients one invoice, one button access to customer support and one vendor who is completely accountable for their experience.

Although voice is the heart of our solution, we understand that the phone system is not an island. For companies that have invested in applications like CRM, ERP and applicant tracking solutions, ShoreTel Sky Application Integration serves as a force multiplier by unifying the phone system with these applications and unleashing their true productivity and analytic potential. ShoreTel Sky Application Integration improves efficiency with “click-to-dial” functionality, while at the same time, improving service with inbound screen pops. The process of entering call notes is automated and management gets a never before available view of critical business metrics.
